1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Gift cards.
Items damaged due to improper use or not in their original condition.
3. Return Process

We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
